Issues of employment and increasing the incomes of the population were discussed with a Kazakhstani delegation in Tashkent

Deputy Hokim of Tashkent City Durdona Rakhimova met with a delegation led by Baurzhan Omarbekov, Vice-Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

📈During the meeting, the work being carried out in Tashkent City to ensure employment of the population, increase incomes and reduce poverty was discussed.

↗️In particular, experience was exchanged on resolving the problems of the population at the mahalla level, ensuring the employment of citizens, supporting entrepreneurial initiatives, using preferential financing mechanisms and strengthening the role of mahallas in socio-economic development.

▫️Representatives of the Kazakhstani delegation were provided with information on the approaches applied in Tashkent to targeted work with the population through the mahalla system, the creation of new jobs, the expansion of sources of income for families and the development of small business.

✔️At the end of the dialogue, the parties expressed interest in continuing the exchange of experience in the areas of improving the well-being of the population, developing employment and entrepreneurship.
