You are on the Tashkent Portal, which provides news of the capital, information about the city and district hokimiyats (administrations) and councils of people's deputies, as well as reference and interactive services.

Main and auxiliary menu items are highlighted in bold, next-level menu items and tabs in italics, external resources and organizations are underlined (without links).

Part 1. Main Menu

The main menu includes the following items:

 In the Find out your area menu item, you can select one of the city's districts, and all city information (news, hokimiyat details, press service, contacts) will be displayed specifically for that district.

The News menu item opens the Tashkent Speaks section, showing City News, District News, and Utilities Emergencies (contains communal services news from the Xalq Nazorati service).

The Opportunities menu item displays lists of services for residents.

The Fight against corruption menu item introduces the head of the anti-corruption department at the hokimiyat and provides their contacts, shows the structure of the internal management of the Anti-Corruption Agency, articles on the topic, meeting announcements, and relevant normative-legal acts.

The City menu item contains extensive information about the capital, including its history, descriptions of interesting sites with their locations on the map (Salom Tashkent tab) and the ability to select a district on the map (Districts tab) to get information about it.

The About Hokimiyat menu item contains tabs:

 About Hokimiyat – shows the history and areas of activity of the hokimiyat. If a district is selected, it shows the district description.

Structure – shows photos, positions, and contacts of the city hokim, their deputies, district hokims, Central Hokimiyat apparatus, and subordinate structures. If a district is selected, it shows the photo and contacts of the district hokim.

Organizational Structure – the hokimiyat structure is shown as a diagram.

Strategy – shows information "About the Strategy of Actions for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

State Symbols – description of the Coat of Arms, Flag, and Anthem of Uzbekistan.

Press Service – tasks of the hokimiyat press service and its contacts. If a district is selected, it shows the district press service contacts.

Vacancies – link to the database of current vacancies (under development).

Meetings – information about assemblies and consultations in the hokimiyat.

Documents – published for download: resolutions of the Council of People's Deputies, orders and resolutions of the hokim, and other documents.

Contacts – shows phone numbers and email addresses of the Appeals Department, General Department, and press service of the hokimiyat, as well as the address and map with public transport indications. For the selected district, the address and contacts of the district hokimiyat are shown accordingly.

 Next in the main menu is the People's Deputies Council item – shows photos, positions, and contacts of people's deputies: in the first tab – city deputies, in the second tab – district deputies with the ability to select a district.

The last main menu item, Civil Society, contains three subsections:

•  Mahallas – a list of all capital's mahallas with names and contacts of chairmen of mahalla citizens' assemblies (mahalla committees).
• Public Council.
• Meetings.

Part 2. Auxiliary Menu

There are portal sections not listed in the main menu, but they are located at the bottom of each page in the Other section next to the visit counter:

Projects – shows projects of the Digital Development Department and other projects related to Tashkent.

Open Data – opens the Hokimiyat Open Data Portal.

Services – contains service descriptions; to receive a service, redirects to the E-Government Gateway my.gov.uz (authorization required).

Events – shows announcements of cultural and entertainment events; for detailed information, redirects to afisha.uz.

Virtual Reception – opens a page with the ability to submit an appeal (in implementation process).

FAQ – frequently asked questions.

Part 3. Site Map

The city portal participates in the Local Online Service Index  (Local Online Service Index, LOSI). Taking into account UN requirements, relevant materials on openness and e-government capabilities are placed on the site. You can familiarize yourself with them by opening the Site Map.

Part 4. Main Page

The main page of the city portal gathers the most in-demand sections from various main and auxiliary menu items with additional features.

The following sections are displayed:

 Information about weather and air purity level by PM2.5 microparticles. Data is pulled from the air.tashkent.uz project.

Tashkent Speaks with tabs City News, District News, and Emergency news (pulled from the Xalq Nazorati service).

Information banner with some results of the Xalq Nazorati service.

Tashkent Shows with Video and Photo Gallery tabs.

Tashkent Listens with tabs:

- Visual Reception.

- People's control

- Geonom.

- Emergency services phones.

- Help Phones.

Events with tabs for 15 event categories.

Hello Tashkent – upon entry, opens the main menu City item containing extensive information about the capital, history, descriptions of interesting sites with their locations on the map (HelloTashkent tab) and the ability to select a district on the map (Districts tab) to get information about it.

Reference with 5 services related to city services and facilities.

Services integrated with E-Government Gateway my.gov.uz (authorization required).

Opportunities for city residents, coincides with the main menu Opportunities item displaying lists of services for residents.

City digital projects – shows projects developed by the Digital Development Department at the city hokimiyat.

Open Data – displays data across 12 sections on the Tashkent Open Data Portal.

City Projects – shows projects related to the city hokimiyat.

Geographic portal «Graphite» – presents six services of the Graphite portal under development. It will include complete information about the capital, divided into hundreds of layers, including population routes, road congestion, frequency and locations of traffic accidents, reconstruction and city development plans.

Useful apps for Tashkent residents – links to mobile apps related to Tashkent.

Useful links – links to government agencies, human rights organizations, Senate, President's virtual reception, and other online addresses.

Part 5. Navigation Tips on the Portal

1. To navigate to the main page, use the Tashkent coat of arms to the left of the main menu.

2. If a district was selected, to return to the main page, select Tashkent in the dropdown list of districts at the top of the site.

3. We remind you that when selecting a district, hokimiyat data, news, contacts, and links to pages and social media channels will be shown for the selected district.

4. All portal services, except E-Government Gateway services and personal account viewing, are available without authorization.

5. When switching languages (at the top of pages), the portal remains on the open page.
6. For visitors with vision impairments, there are special features: large contrast font, black-and-white and other color schemes.
