A digital system for analysing education quality has been launched in Tashkent

A presentation of the “SI Davomat” system, which has been launched in schools of Sergeli District, was held at the Situation Centre of the Tashkent City Hokimiyat. The system is aimed at improving the quality of education, regularly analysing the educational process and monitoring student attendance.

📇This is the first stage of digitalising school processes. It enables data-driven decision-making and the timely identification of issues that require the attention of the school, teachers and parents.

🫥 The system regularly analyses the organisation of lessons, student engagement and teaching methods broken down by subjects, classes and teachers. The obtained indicators will serve as a basis for methodological support of teachers, assessment of teaching quality and further improvement of the KPI system.

📸 ブロンド Smart cameras and Face ID technology make it possible to automatically record students’ arrival at school and their attendance at lessons. The data help identify repeated absences, including a student’s non-attendance of lessons in certain subjects. This enables specialists to study the reasons more thoroughly, cooperate with the family and the school, and provide the child with the necessary assistance in a timely manner.

📲If a student misses a lesson without a valid reason, an SMS notification is sent to the parents. Information about this is also automatically delivered to the school principal, the prevention inspector, a National Guard officer and mahalla representatives. Thanks to integration with the “ERP Maktab” system and the DMED system of the Ministry of Health, absences due to illness are automatically taken into account.

😶‍🌫️ Currently, “SI Davomat” is operating in 26 schools of Sergeli District, where 446 smart cameras have been installed. The results of the pilot will serve as a basis for the gradual introduction of the system in other schools of Tashkent City.
