✔️Citizens’ appeals were examined on site

First Deputy Hokim of Tashkent City Bakhtiyor Rakhmonov held a personal reception of citizens at the People’s Reception Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Tashkent City.

✅ During the reception, appeals from 8 citizens were heard. Among them were appeals concerning the legalisation of unauthorised constructions in accordance with the established procedure, issues related to demolition zones, as well as other social and household problems.

▫️Particular attention was paid to thoroughly examining each appeal and finding practical solutions. Regarding appeals that require additional study, the responsible officials were instructed to visit the sites, examine the situation in detail with the participation of the citizens and submit relevant proposals within the framework of the law.

🛡The consideration of the appeals and the implementation of the instructions have been placed under control.
