🚗 Advertising on vehicles is permitted only with permission!
🪧The placement and distribution of advertising in the Republic of Uzbekistan is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Advertising" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers "On Regulation of the Outdoor Advertising Market".
🔵According to these legal regulations, obtaining a permit (an advertising space passport) for the installation of advertising on a vehicle is mandatory.
🖥 Today, this service can be conveniently accessed online through the Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services my.gov.uz.
🖥 To use the service, log in to the my.gov.uz portal, select the "Obtaining an Advertising Space Passport for a Vehicle" section and enter the requested information. Applications are processed within 5 business days.
❕ Important note:
Advertising content must comply with the requirements of the Law "On Advertising," must not interfere with road safety, and must be presented in the state language.
📝 An advertising space permit is issued after receiving a positive opinion from the relevant organizations and upon payment of an annual fee.
❗️Remember! Placing advertisements without permission is considered a violation of the law and is subject to prosecution under current legislation.
