Regarding the incident that occurred at the construction site of “BETER BEST” LLC in Yakkasaroy District, we inform the following:

A technical malfunction occurred in the sewerage network in the area, resulting in damage to the pipe. This led to partial subsidence and collapse of the ground cover.

There were no casualties as a result of the incident.

The situation is currently fully under control. At the scene, city officials, relevant utility services, and representatives of responsible organizations are carrying out prompt inspection and restoration works.

Specialists are identifying the causes of the incident and taking necessary measures to eliminate the malfunction, bring the area to a safe condition, and prevent the recurrence of such situations.
