Tashkent City Administration Delegation Holds Meeting with China Railway Construction Corporation During Official Visit to the People's Republic of China
📈 During the negotiations, the parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the comprehensive renovation of Tashkent, modernization of urban infrastructure, and the introduction of modern solutions in urban planning and ecology.
🇺🇿 The Mayor of Tashkent invited the company to consider participation in the implementation of projects in renovation areas, as well as in the construction of a specialized landfill for construction and household waste using modern environmental standards and technologies.
🤔 In addition, special attention was paid to the development of the capital’s transport infrastructure. The parties discussed prospects for implementing projects to build modern toll roads in Tashkent, including a ring toll road of approximately 100 kilometers, and a new toll highway passing through the central part of the city towards the new international airport planned for construction in the coming years.
🧠 The negotiations also considered the construction of social infrastructure facilities — including modern schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, and other socially significant objects — by engaging the experience and potential of China Railway Construction Corporation.
🤔 The company representatives expressed their interest in studying the presented initiatives and confirmed their readiness to further develop practical cooperation with the Tashkent City Administration.
