Dauletiyar Baxtiyarovich Khudaybergenov has been appointed as the First Deputy Mayor of Tashkent City for Finance, Economy and Poverty Reduction Issues — Head of the Main Department of Economy and Finance of Tashkent City.

Dauletiyar Khudaybergenov was born in 1990 in Nukus city. In 2013, he graduated from the Tashkent State Law Institute with a bachelor's degree, and in 2015 he completed the master's degree program. In 2024, he graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics in the field of professional retraining. In 2025, he completed the master's program at the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

He began his professional career in 2014 and has since held a number of responsible positions.

During his work at the Presidential Administration, he directly participated in the implementation of projects involving international financial institutions and the improvement of financing mechanisms, the introduction of market mechanisms into the sale processes of highly liquid and monopoly goods, increasing the export potential of industrial enterprises, as well as in reforms related to the development of the construction and utilities sectors and regions.

Up to the present day, he has held the position of Head of the Department of Legal Expertise and Comprehensive Analysis at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
