Harmony in Every Aspect — The Image of a Modern City
Noise and bustle are unpleasant for everyone. However, besides auditory noise, there is also visual noise — informational and light pollution. Though it acts imperceptibly, it tires no less: it strains the eyes, irritates, and evokes a sense of disorder.
To maintain order, style, and convenience in the city, it is important not only to build new buildings but also to systematically regulate existing structures.
As early as 2024, the hokimiyat began measures to identify and reduce the brightness of haphazardly installed LED screens and information panels on the streets. It is particularly important to comply with lighting standards at night, so that lights do not disturb residents and do not distract drivers.
For this reason, a procedure for placing external structures — facades, signs, installations — has been introduced. This includes:
- precise size requirements,
- a unified style for decorations and elements,
- strictly defined installation locations,
- mandatory presence of permitting documents.
In addition, the hokimiyat is continuously working to eliminate temporary and arbitrarily constructed structures that have not been agreed upon with authorized bodies and not registered.
"Arbitrary Occupation": Special attention is paid to the installation of barriers, fences, illegal equipping of parking lots in green and public areas. Such actions violate landscaping rules and spoil the city's appearance.
We are making the city cleaner, more modern, and more convenient. Every well-arranged aspect is a contribution to the capital's image that evokes a desire to live, work, and take pride in it.
So, let's make our city even more prosperous together!
