The activities of the "Navroz" farmers' market and the "Buz bozor" branch were studied by the First Deputy Prosecutor of Tashkent City A.A.Urmanov, Deputy Prosecutor U.T.Mamarajabov, Mirzo Ulugbek District Khokim B.Gaibnazarov, and Mirzo Ulugbek District Prosecutor O.M.Mannanov.

 Comprehensive measures were defined on issues of fundamentally improving markets, eliminating the shadow economy, and introducing modern management mechanisms. These markets will be gradually digitized, ensuring the openness and transparency of trading processes.

 At the same time, the market territory will be fully reconstructed and reorganized based on modern infrastructure. A special situation center will be established in the market area, which, as the single "center" of the market, will coordinate all economic, financial, and control processes.

 During the design process, the entire architecture and interior design of the market were deeply analyzed and developed in accordance with the most advanced international standards. This approach supports the legal activities of trading entities and serves to expand non-cash settlements.

 As a result, the tax base is expected to expand, and local budget revenues are anticipated to increase significantly. The reforms are aimed at creating favorable conditions for entrepreneurs, providing quality services to the population, and strengthening legality. These initiatives will increase mutual trust between state bodies and the public, contributing to the sustainable development of the city's economy.
