Any Tashkent resident can register and submit a problem by selecting a category, describing the issue, providing the exact address or location, and, if necessary, attaching a photo.

The service resolves residents' issues with housing and utilities, roads, transportation, public spaces, the environment, advertising, and more.

Ratings of districts and responsible agencies for resolving residents' problems through the electronic platform are regularly published. Since the platform's launch in 2021, 91.8% of reports have been resolved positively.
