A reception of citizens was held

😈 On 9 October 2026 at 10:00, Obidjon Odilovich Muminov, Deputy Hokim of Tashkent City for housing and communal services issues, received citizens at the building of the Tashkent City People’s Reception Office.

🏘During the reception, appeals related to housing and communal services, landscaping, the maintenance and servicing of multi-storey buildings, the quality of communal services and other social and household issues were heard.

✔️A total of 7 citizens’ appeals were reviewed. Of these, instructions and directives were given to the responsible organisations and employees regarding the resolution of the issues of 5 citizens. The task of ensuring their implementation, resolving the issues within the established deadlines and informing the citizens about the results was assigned.

▫️Explanations were provided to the remaining 2 citizens on the basis of the current procedure and the requirements of the legislation.

🟢At the reception, special attention was paid to the timely and high-quality resolution of the issues raised in the appeals, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of citizens and monitoring the implementation of the instructions.
