Nosirov Shoxrux Shuxrat ugli has a higher education. He graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics with a degree in economics.
Sh. Nosirov had been working in the Tashkent City Tourism Department since 2021, successively holding the positions of leading specialist, chief specialist and head of division until this appointment.
