APPOINTMENT
Obidjon Odilovich Muminov has been appointed as Deputy Hokim of Tashkent City — Head of the Main Department of Housing and Communal Services.
🕊️ Obidjon Muminov was born in 1987 in Navoiy region. In 2013, he graduated from Navoiy State Pedagogical Institute, and in 2024 from the Graduate School of Public Administration at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (Master’s degree).
➡️ Prior to this appointment, he served as Head of the Department for Coordination of the Management and Operation System of Multi-Apartment Housing Stock and Generalization of Renovation Projects at the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
