M. Mirkhamidov was born in 1982 in the city of Tashkent. He has a higher education, specializing as a lawyer. He graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan, as well as the Tashkent State Law Institute. He holds the class rank of Senior Counselor of Justice.
Since 2006, he has been carrying out labor activities in the prosecutor's office, holding various positions.
From 2023 to the present, he has worked in the position of Deputy Head of the Department for Supervision over the Legality of Execution of Judicial Acts and Acts of Other Bodies of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
