All over the world, the nature and essence of corruption are mainly analyzed as a negative social phenomenon. Corruption is the unlawful use of official authority by a person in any form. Legal awareness of corruption is formed as a result of the low legal literacy and living standards of the population. In addition, the existing bribery in our society indicates the weakness of state organizations. Full implementation of public control in resolving important issues of public and state life is one of the main policies of the state in the fight against corruption.
