“YASHIL MAKON” — AT A NEW STAGE

 In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF–206 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 23 September 2026, a number of measures have been defined aimed at taking the nationwide “Yashil makon” project to a new stage, creating a favourable ecological environment for the population in mahallas, protecting existing trees and increasing the survival rate of planted seedlings.

🌳 Within the framework of the decree, special attention is paid to the landscaping of territories, fundamentally increasing the level of greenery in mahallas, the effective use of science and digital technologies, as well as strengthening cooperation between the state, business and the public.

🧹 Starting from 1 October, the topical two-month campaign “Cleanliness and Order” will be held.

🏡 Within its framework:
🌿 improvement of mahalla territories;
🌳 protection of trees and seedlings;
🧹 observance of cleanliness and order in the territories;
🌱 expansion of landscaping works;
