Today, a meeting of the Standing Commission of the Tashkent City Council of People’s Deputies on Combating Corruption and Security Issues was held. It was attended by members of the commission, responsible officials presenting reports, as well as members of the expert group under the Tashkent City Council Inobat Khakimova and Bunyod Tillakhodjayev

📝 First, the deputies reviewed the reports of the Deputy Heads of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Tashkent City, Murodulla Sadullayevich Alikariyev and Shavkat Vokhitovich Narzullayev, on the work being carried out in the first half of the current year to ensure public safety in Tashkent city, as well as on the work being conducted in the second quarter of the current year to prevent offenses and their prevention in Tashkent city.

📝 The next item on the agenda — the report by the Deputy Head of the Road Traffic Safety Department of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Tashkent City, Elmurod Erkinovich Alimov, on the work being carried out within the framework of the national program “Safe and Smooth Road” and the reliable provision of human safety on the roads of Tashkent city — was heard by the members of the commission and thoroughly discussed.

🔎 In addition, at this meeting the deputies heard and discussed the report of the Regional Representative of the Authorized Person of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Human Rights (Ombudsman) in Tashkent City, Bakhtiyor Reimbergenovich Masharipov, on the state of protection of human rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests in the first half of 2026.

📉 On the last item of the agenda — on the work carried out during the second quarter of 2026 regarding messages sent through the “Xalq Nazorati” electronic platform and the status of their consideration — a report was presented by the Deputy Mayor of Tashkent City for the Introduction of Information Technologies — Head of the Digital Development Department Alisher Ismatillayevich Dusmukhamedov. The participants of the meeting thoroughly studied this issue, and the deputies unanimously approved it and agreed to include it in the agenda of the session.
