Personal Reception: Solutions to Citizens’ Appeals

In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 1, 2026, PF–51 “On Additional Measures to Effectively Organize the System of Communication with the Population” and to further strengthen open dialogue with citizens, a mobile reception was held by A. Shovkatov, Deputy Mayor of Tashkent city, to study appeals from individuals and legal entities in the fields of culture, tourism, and cultural heritage.

📈During the reception, citizens and business entities expressed appeals and proposals on developing these sectors, implementing investment projects, improving cultural and tourism infrastructure, enhancing the quality of services, supporting entrepreneurial activities, and other pressing issues.

🧑‍💻Each appeal was thoroughly examined, and based on its content and essence, specific instructions were given to the relevant officials in accordance with current legislation. Issues requiring additional study were placed under execution control, and necessary measures were defined to ensure their legal and timely resolution.

➡️Work on establishing open and effective communication with citizens, providing prompt and fair solutions to their appeals, as well as ensuring the transparency and accountability of state bodies, continues consistently.
