❗️ Deputy Said Gaziyeva Sakinakhan Sherzodovna sent deputy inquiries to nearly 20 local executive authorities.
🏛 In accordance with Law No. ORQ-1109 dated December 30, 2025 “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Connection with the Improvement of the Activities of Local State Authorities”, local executive bodies are required to develop nearly 40 territorial programs within their powers and submit them for approval to the local Councils of People’s Deputies.
📝 However, although five months have passed since the law came into force, these territorial programs have not been submitted to the Councils of People’s Deputies. In this regard, Said Gaziyeva Sakinakhan Sherzodovna, a deputy of the Tashkent City Council of People’s Deputies, sent deputy inquiries to the Mayor of Tashkent and nearly 20 local executive authorities requesting reasoned explanations.

- Regional environmental programs including the main directions of nature protection;
- Territorial programs in the field of atmospheric air protection;
- Territorial programs for the protection and use of the plant world;
- Territorial programs for the protection and use of the animal world;
- Territorial programs for the protection, reproduction and use of forests;
- Local programs for waste management;
- Territorial environmental programs;
- Territorial programs in the field of hydrometeorological activities;
- Programs in the field of hydraulic structures safety;
- Programs in the field of plant protection;
- Comprehensive regional programs for the development of road transport;
- Territorial programs in the field of transport;
- Plans for the development of urban passenger transport and the organization of traffic;
- Programs for the prevention of iodine deficiency diseases;
- Programs for the prevention of micronutrient deficiency;
- Programs to combat the spread of HIV infection;
- Programs in the field of sanitary-epidemiological welfare;
- Programs for the preservation of reproductive health;
- Consideration of costs related to fire safety;
- Crime prevention programs;
- Rules for the maintenance of yards and adjacent territories;
- State youth policy programs;
- Programs for the protection of children from harmful information;
- Programs for the use of renewable energy sources;
- Programs in the field of tourism development;
- Programs for the protection of women from harassment and violence;
- Programs related to scientific activities;
- Programs in the field of innovative activities;
- Preschool education and upbringing programs;
- Programs for the support of persons with disabilities;
- Programs in the field of cultural activities;
- Comprehensive programs for the implementation of urban planning documents;
- Programs for the development of drinking water and wastewater systems;
