Tariffs in the Multi-Story Building Maintenance Sector
Average tariff: Across the republic – 1,221 soums, across Tashkent city – 1,823 soums, across the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions – 932 soums. Average monthly payment: Across the republic (61 sq.m) – 74,400 soums, across Tashkent city (66 sq.m) – 120,300 soums, across the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions (59 sq.m) – 54,988 soums. ‼️These tariffs are established in 97 percent of multi-story buildings in the republic. The remaining tariff rates are mainly set in newly constructed premium-level buildings based on the scope of services.
