The Center for Traffic Management of Tashkent City announces a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of the Transport Master Plan of Tashkent City.
The subject of the Request is the preparation of a comprehensive strategic transport planning document with a planning horizon up to 2045.
Deadline for submission of proposals: March 9, 2026 (inclusive).
Proposals shall be submitted electronically (in PDF format) to the following email address: markaz@tashkent.uz.
Proposals must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference, the RFP documentation, and the Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ).
